Advanced Substitutions

Every lesson, covered.

どのように教えていますか?

When a tutor can’t make a lesson, coordinators scramble for a substitute, and the one who steps in knows nothing about the student. Advanced Substitutions, in development, will suggest suitable substitutes, offer the lesson to several at once and give the substitute the student’s notes.

A tutor calls in sick at 3:30, and your coordinator starts texting. Soon, substitutes will be suggested by subject and availability, and the first to accept takes the lesson.

A teacher is out, and the class waits while you find cover. Soon, the class will be offered to several substitutes at once, and the first to accept takes it.

A facilitator drops out, and the cohort risks a cancellation. Soon, suitable substitutes will be suggested and offered the training at once, and the first to accept takes it.

When a tutor in your intervention program is out, a substitute will be found by subject and availability, with each student’s notes to step in. In development.

When a facilitator can’t make it, suitable substitutes will be suggested and offered the workshop, and the first to accept takes it. In development.

If your child’s tutor can’t make it, a substitute who has read your child’s notes will step in, so the lesson isn’t lost.

Your chemistry tutor is out, and a substitute who has read the student’s notes takes the lesson.

In a group class

A teacher’s absence is covered before class starts, and the substitute sees the students’ notes.

In a virtual training

A facilitator’s cohort is covered by the first qualified colleague to accept.

In your classroom

An intervention tutor’s group is covered, and every substitution is logged for the district’s report.

In the training room

A workshop is covered by the facilitator who accepted the offer first.
