How Pencil Spaces solves it
The night before her first lesson, a new tutor rehearses with an AI persona of her student in Role-play Practice. The persona is built from the family’s interviews, so it reacts the way the family described their child.
She tries two ways of explaining, gets feedback on each and walks in the next day with a plan that works. Soon, Tutor Academy will put the whole onboarding course and certification inside Pencil Spaces.
