How Pencil Spaces solves it
A university research partner needs lesson, attendance and transcript data for an evaluation. Instead of collecting exports from four systems, the program’s analyst pulls it from Pencil Spaces. It comes as CSV or over the API, with transcripts and AI insights included.
The researchers start the analysis in the first week, not the third month, and staff stop matching records by hand at night. Soon, the Research Portal will give approved researchers de-identified data directly, under the program’s data agreements.
