Before
Meetings are created for you
Set a session type to create a Pencil Spaces meeting for every session of that type.
Or set a student’s schedule, or create one from a single session in one click.
Reminders carry the link. A daily report lists the day’s meetings.
During
Launch from the calendar
Tutors and families launch the meeting from their Oases calendar.
Tutor and student work on video and a shared whiteboard.
After
Submit, and it comes back
The tutor confirms attendance, adds notes and submits the session.
Oases checks Pencil Spaces for the recording and transcript.

Setup
Connected in three steps.
You create the key. Oases support switches the integration on.
Set up both accounts.
You need an Oases account and a Pencil Spaces account. A free trial of Pencil Spaces is available.
Generate your API key.
In Pencil Spaces, open Settings › API & Integrations and click Generate API Key. Copy it somewhere safe; it’s shown only once.
Send it to Oases.
Contact Oases Online support, include your API key, and they’ll activate the integration for your business.
