How Pencil Spaces solves it
A daughter wakes up with a fever on a lesson day. Her mother used to call the program, wait for a reply and hope the lesson got moved before she was charged.
Now she books a new time herself with Self-Booking, and invites go out to everyone automatically. Cancellation Tracking keeps a complete record of every cancellation, so nobody argues later about what was cancelled.
When the holidays come, she books the lessons around the family trip in one sitting. The tutor knows the plan, the program knows the plan, and her daughter picks up where she left off.
