How Pencil Spaces solves it
Pencil Spaces solves part of this today, and the features marked coming soon close more of the gap.
A tutor waits fifteen minutes for a student who never comes, three times this month. Cancellation Tracking keeps a complete record of every cancellation.
When she talks to her program about pay, she brings the record, not a feeling, and the program can see the pattern too. Whether no-shows are paid is still the program’s call. Soon, Payroll Integration will take delivered hours straight from attendance.
