How Pencil Spaces solves it
Every other Monday, the program manager opens Dosage Tracking. Each cohort’s scheduled minutes sit next to the minutes actually delivered, and one cohort has received only two thirds of its target.
The Attendance Dashboard shows why: four students have missed three lessons each. Their tutors call the families that week, and the students catch up while there’s still time in the term. Nobody finds out in June, and the next funder report shows the gap closed.
