Most lessons are never observed, because walking in changes the lesson you came to see. Incognito Observation lets admins and, if you offer it, parents drop into any live lesson without interrupting it.
You can’t coach tutors on lessons you never see, and a visible observer changes how they teach. Enter any live lesson as an observer, unseen, from the Spaces list.

Observation is how programs coach teachers and keep children safe, but it rarely happens. When it does, a visible observer changes the lesson.

Incognito observation is one capability with two audiences. Admins can observe any live lesson incognito for quality control: from the Spaces list, they choose Enter as observer on a live Space. Parents can also observe a lesson incognito through the parent portal, if you want to offer that.
