We’re excited to share that branding is now live in Pencil Spaces. You can now bring your own look, feel, and identity into every Space you create. Branding is available on all usage-based plans and includes a wide range of configuration options such as Waiting Room colors, logos, and more. Everything can be set up directly in your Settings → Branding panel, and full setup details are available in our help article.

You can now configure Gallery and Whiteboard views to match your brand’s primary color, customize the background color and logo displayed in the Waiting Room, and set an in-call logo that appears on the video tile for teachers and admins. You can also adjust sidebar and switcher colors outside of Spaces to create a consistent branded experience. For enterprise users, additional white-labeling options are available through your account manager, and full customization details can be found in our help article.
How to get started
- Log into Pencil Spaces and go to Settings → Branding
- Upload your logos and select your brand colors
- Click Update to apply changes instantly
In the rare case you don’t see branding options, you may not be on a usage-based plan or your plan may not have it enabled yet. Contact our support team and we’ll help you get access.
