How Pencil Spaces solves it
At the end of the month, a tutor’s timesheet used to take an evening and still came back with mistakes. Now Automatic Attendance has recorded every lesson she taught, as she joined and left.
She checks the record instead of rebuilding it from her calendar, and late pay because of a typo stops happening. Soon, Payroll Integration will take her delivered hours straight from attendance, let the program approve them and send them to payroll. She won’t fill in a timesheet at all.
