How Pencil Spaces solves it
A program knew which students came. It didn’t know who was talking, who had a camera on or which families were unhappy. Engagement Insights now measure speaking time, turn-taking and camera-on time for every lesson, rolled up by student and by site.
After each lesson, the Post-session Survey asks the questions the program chose. When a parent rates two lessons in a row as poor, the coordinator calls that week, before the family leaves.
